A Yanaka shitamachi machichūka (town-Chinese) lunch counter on the Sendagi side, four minutes from Sendagi Station and a short walk from the Yanaka Ginza shotengai. The signature moyashi-soba and cha-han combination is what put it on national TV.
Walk-in only; expect a wait at peak times. The Tabelog page (linked) is the most up-to-date source for current operating hours.
